CONTRACT MONITORING
In order to implement the Control Scheme effectively it is necessary to formulate a Control Scheme which involves
- Management structure to implement control measures
- Chain of command - who is expected to do what
- Assurance of competence of personnel to complete the tasks required. Competence Training.
- Control measures to manage specific risks noted in Risk Assessments
- Periodic monitoring including water analysis at levels suggested by L8 and based on sure information noted from the sites.
When the control scheme has been agreed, then contract tendering documentation can be drawn for contractors and consultants to meet the requirements of the control scheme |
