We are pleased to offer our clients a water system, health and safety survey service dealing with all aspects of water hygiene. Not only assessing the risks associated with legionella bacteria, but also with drinking water quality, vending machines, fire fighting appliances and any other potential water related health hazards.

CONDITION REPORTS

For a primary starting point in a water management scheme, a general condition survey may provide a cost effective means to pin point particular hazards that may be present.

Assests, that is, tanks and appliances, can be listed, labelled, and condition noted. A prioritised list of remedial works within a control scheme can then be established.

LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENTS

Our legionella risk assessments meet the requirements of L8. Legionnaires Disease. The Control of legionella bacteria in water systems.

It is essential to know what appliances and what water storage facilities you have, and what risks are present. Then it is possible to minimise those risks and manage the water systems with confidence.
