SentinelWater produces fully compliant, site specific

Our specialist personnel conduct a thorough survey of the
water system and water distribution services within the
property and produce a report which includes the
following information:
A full assessment of the risk of infection from
legionella
Description of the water services within the
premises
Specified and risk graded assessment of areas of
potential risk or areas of non compliance
Prioritised list of recommended remedial work with
budget costs
Photographs
Schematic diagrams
Suggested control scheme to manage the risk
which includes regular inspections, water analysis,
temperature checks and record keeping, to
demonstrate compliance with ‘L8’
In order to control the risks presented from legionella and other water borne bacteria, the Approved Code of Practice, L8, confirms the need to undertake a full assessment of
the risk.
SentinelWater’s experienced engineers have the ability,
training and resources to carry out the assessments
competently, safely and within statutory guidelines.
Initial Inspection and Condition Surveys
Where there is responsibility for a large number of
buildings for which there is little or no current data on the
water systems, SentinelWater offers an initial inspection
and condition survey which provides a fast, inexpensive
method of acquiring essential information.
Assessment Reviews
Subsequent inspections and site visits provide an
opportunity to update the Risk Assessment and confirm
the continued accuracy of the document. Control
Measures are reviewed and discussed with the client at
management meetings to ensure that they remain
effective.
